What is duty-free.tech’s Standard Return Policy
You can initiate a return for most new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.* You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
You may return defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received without penalty. Your return shipping charges will be waived.
When we receive your return, we inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
Products Returned After 30 days
- Because products devalue over time, we offer partial refunds for items returned over 30 days after delivery
- We may reduce the refund based on the condition of the merchandise
- We may also deduct the original and return shipping charges from your refund
- If we send you a replacement item, we must receive the original item at our warehouse within 30 days your return initiation. Otherwise, we will charge you full price for the replacement item

If you’d like to cancel your order or make any adjustments it is important that you contact us as soon as possible so that we don’t pack and ship the order.
Type ‘CANCELLATION’ or ‘ORDER CHANGE’ along with your order number in the subject field on the email and we will look into the matter.
If an order is cancelled before it has been sent out we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee which will be decided depending on the total value of your order.
Your refund will be issued in Bitcoin (as it is our base currency) the value of your purchase, less transport and insurance costs, less any applicable fees, including any cancellation fees. Your refund will be converted from EURO to Bitcoin based on an exchange rate at the time once your return is received and inspected. You acknowledge that if the value of Bitcoin against EURO has risen since the time of your purchase, you will receive less Bitcoin than you paid at the time of purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your block-chain address that was used for purchasing, within 30 working days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. but you can get a sale gift card instead.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that it can cost up to 150-500 euros to ship a return item due to full insurance coverage. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
